Minimum Age/Conduct: Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid credit card.

Tobacco-Free Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from open windows and doors. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a minimum $250 sanitization fee.
Fire Safety: Absolutely no fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.

Arrival & Departure

Check-In (4:00 PM): Please allow us the full time to prepare your cabin. No early arrivals, please.
Check-Out (10:00 AM): Timely departure is essential so we can prepare the cabin for the next guests.
Final Confirmation: You are required to text or call us from the cabin before you leave. This allows us to secure the property and schedule our team. Failure to call from the cabin will result in a late departure fee.

The "Pristine Partnership" (Housekeeping)To keep your stay affordable and avoid the high fees common in our area, we do not charge a cleaning fee. In exchange, we ask our guests to follow these simple departure steps:

Kitchen: Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, pots, and utensils. Please wipe down the stovetop, microwave, and counters.
Trash: Bag your trash (no liquids please) and take it to our Bear-Proof container located at 1795 Shady Grove Rd (Maximum 1 bag per day). Please do not leave trash at the cabin or save it all for your final day.
Linens: Leave sheets on the bed. Place used towels, washcloths in the washer with one provided detergent pod and start a "Normal" cycle.
Grills/Fire Kettles: Clean and scrape the grill after use. Once ashes are completely cold, place them in the provided metal pail.
Pets (Treehouse only): If staying with a pet, please ensure all pet hair is vacuumed prior to departure.

Cancellations & Weather

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for weather, road conditions, power outages (under 24 hours), or early departures for any reason. We strongly recommend independent Trip Insurance (e.g., insuremytrip.com) to protect your travel investment.
Cancellation Policy: As a boutique two-cabin operation, cancellations impact us significantly.
- Cancellations 6+ months out: Receive a credit valid for 1 year.
- Cancellations within 6 months: We will attempt to re-book your dates. If successful, you will receive a credit for the re-booked amount minus a $100 administrative fee.

If we are unable to re-book any of your time,we highly suggest sending a friend or relative in your place as you will forfeit all money paid to date on your cabin rental.

Maintenance, Safety & Security

Security: Always lock doors and windows when away. For Creekside the property gate must remain locked at all times.
The Land: At Creekside, please do not move rocks within the creek or off the banks to help us prevent erosion.
Routine Tasks: Occasionally, guests may need to perform minor tasks such as resetting a breaker or changing a lightbulb. We appreciate your assistance in keeping the cabin running smoothly.
Nature: We are located in a forested area. While we provide monthly professional pest control, occasional insects may enter if doors are left open.

Never give out any codes to Food delivery persons. You must open the gate for them or just meet them at the gate.
DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!!

Repairs: Please let us know of any needed repairs and they will be repaired as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for malfunctioning equipment unless it poses a safety hazard, in which case a prorated refund will be given or we will move you to another cabin owned by Stonecreek Cabins if available.

Hot Tub Hygiene & Safety

The Fresh Water Standard: For your health and comfort, we drain, sanitize, and refill the hot tub with fresh water specifically for your arrival.
Preserving the Water: Because we provide fresh water for every guest, it is vital that no soaps, oils, fragrances, or bubble baths are added to the tub. These require extensive specialized cleaning; a $400 fee will be applied if the water is contaminated.
Safety: Keep the cover on and latched when not in use. Please shower before and after use. Guest(s) with health conditions or pregnancies should consult a physician before use.

Hot tub cover – Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Damage to the hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge.
