                                                          We are dog friendly only at the TREEHOUSE cabin for well behaved dogs for an additional fee.
                                                                                 Charges for dogs:  We have a minimum pet fee for short stays.
                                                                                  2-4 nights stays-pet fee of  $100 for 1 pet and $160 for 2 pets.
                                                           5 night stays or longer-  A fee of $25 per night for the first dog or $40 per night for two dogs.

Holiday Dates-
Below are a list of dates that show our nightly minimums for different holidays and peak periods. If your reservation request involves any of the dates in the holiday period,you will be sent a quote for the minimum number of nights for that holiday at the holiday rate . If you would like to avoid paying the holiday rate,you may want to consider moving your reservation request to dates before or after the holiday period.

MEMORIAL HOLIDAY  -4 night minimum
Holiday Rates are in effect beginning on the Thursday before the holiday to the following Tuesday.
There is a 3 night minimum or longer depending on current bookings but if a shorter stay is all there is available between 2 bookings ,we will accept that shorter stay even during holiday /peak periods.

4TH OF JULY  - 4 night minimum 
The 4th of July Holiday-
Holiday Rates are in effect beginning on the Thursday before the holiday and extend through the weekend

LABOR DAY HOLIDAY - 3 night minimum
Holiday Rates are in effect beginning on the Thursday before the holiday to the Thursday after the holiday.

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY  - 5 night minimum 
The Thanksgiving Holiday- Holiday Rates are in effect beginning the week prior on the Thursday before the holiday and through the weekend after the holiday.
There is a 5 night minimum or longer depending on bookings but if a shorter stay is all that is left available between 2 bookings ,we will accept that shorter stay even during holiday /peak periods. Once the actual Thanksgiving holiday is booked we will take shorter  stays.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS  -  3-5 night minimum-depending on the calendar bookings
The Christmas Holiday- Holiday Rates are in effect beginning on the Thursday a week before the holiday and through the first weekend in January past New Years.
There is a 4 night minimum or longer depending on current bookings but if a shorter stay is all there is available between 2 bookings ,we will accept that shorter stay even during holiday /peak periods.
Other holidays below will be charged at the holiday rate but have a shorter minimum stay than the holidays above.
